Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing O’Bonita. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality products that surpass your expectations. This Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for returning and refunding your purchased items.

For Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation, please ensure you have an unboxing video. This step is MANDATORY.

1. Change of Mind:
We are pleased to inform you that we do provide returns or refunds for cases of a change of mind. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order, keeping the following in mind:

1.1 Cancellation Request: We can accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing an order. Once shipped, we do not accept order cancellations.

1.2 Post-Shipment Returns: If, after receiving your package, you are dissatisfied with the products you purchased, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

1.2.1 Damaged Product or Receiving the Wrong Product:
If, within 24 hours of receiving your order, you discover that the product is damaged, defective, or there has been a mistake in the parcel from our side (for which we apologize), we are here to assist you.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

2.1. Contact our Customer Support:
Notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to obonita22@gmail.com or calling us at the provided number, 9987421919. Please provide your name, order number, and detailed information regarding the damage or defect, along with an unboxing video. Alternatively, you can fill out the Contact Us form.

2.2. Return Authorization:
Once our customer support team receives your request, we will assess the situation and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

2.3. Replacement:
Upon receiving the damaged item, our team will inspect it. If the product is indeed damaged or defective as described, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the exact product is not available, we will issue a full refund for the value of the original purchase.

3. Non-Eligible Returns:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
- Free Products provided during occasional Sale Periods.

4. Refund Value:
We will issue a full refund for the value of the original purchase within 7 working days via NEFT or Bank Transfer. During this timeframe, we kindly request your cooperation with the process.

5. Exchange:
If you are satisfied with the product you received but wish to have a different piece of the same unique product, you can opt for an exchange. The only condition is that we may not have a substantial stock. We are a Small Business and curate unique pieces in limited quantities. We recommend reaching out via the Contact Us page before proceeding with an exchange.

6. Sizing:
We typically offer free sizes to eliminate sizing concerns, but please double-check the product size before adding items to your cart. The size, weight, and material specifications are listed in the product description, along with product images. We do not provide multiple sizes for a product. Therefore, once the product is DISPATCHED, there will be NO REFUND or NO EXCHANGE.
